Dr. Christopher D. Adams received his PharmD from Northeastern University then completed a ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Upon completion, Dr. Adams joined the Brigham and Women’s as a clinical specialist in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. In 2014 he joined the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy as a Clinical Assistant Professor where he dedicates his time in academia and research. He is also a Critical Care Specialist at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Adams has written and published numerous text book chpaters as well as research on the management of agitation in the critically ill population, he also lectures in several courses ranging in content from addiction disorders to critical illness.
