He, and the teams he has directed, are responsible for the Canadian oceanographic data gathering networks, the acoustic networks for American submarine tactical and strategic communications, the worldwide CAT 3 auto-landing networks for commercial aircraft, and the military wireless networks used in sensitive and challenging parts of the world In 2018, he has been invited to give two Keynote Speeches at international conferences on the topic of brain structure and function.
