Ephraim has authored 400+ publications (patents, technical papers, book chapters, books), presented numerous keynote and invited talks worldwide, and received many professional awards, including 1996 Bell Laboratories Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Award (for developing effective methods for predicting the reliability of complex structures used in AT&T and Lucent Technologies products), and 2004 ASME Worcester Read Warner Medal (for outstanding contributions to the permanent literature of engineering and laying the foundation of a new discipline “Structural Analysis of Electronic Systems”). Ephraim is the third “Russian American”, after S. Timoshenko and I. Sikorsky, who received this prestigious award. This year he received the 2019 IEEE Electronic Packaging Society (EPS) Field award for seminal contributions to mechanical reliability engineering and modeling of electronic and photonic packages and systems.

Dr. V. I. Talanin was born into a Russian noble family in Zaporozhye (USSR). He completed a M.Sc. degree (2000) in Physics and Technology of Materials & Components in Electronic Technique, a M.Sc. degree (2006) in Software Engineering and a Ph.D. (2002) in Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics. His Ph.D. dissertation was on the mechanisms of grown-in microdefects formation in dislocation-free silicon single crystals. Since 2012 to a present time, he is the Full Professor and Vice-Chief of Computer Science & Software Engineering Dept. at the Zaporozhye Institute of Economics & Information Technologies (Ukraine). Dr. Talanin was awarded a Scholarship at the Ukraine Ministry Cabinet (2002-2003) and President Grant for Scientific Researches (2007, 2008). He was awarded the title Doctor of Science, honoris causa (2012) and the title Full Professor (2013) at the Russian Academy of Natural History. Dr. Talanin has published extensively in material science & semiconductor physics and also in Russian history & genealogy (as hobbies). He has written 13 monographs and ca. 200 scientific papers. In 2017 Dr. Talanin was a Book Editor of "New Research on Silicon - Structure, Properties, Technology" (InTECH Publ.). Since 2018 Dr. Talanin is a Member of an International Union of Crystallography (IUCr). Dr. Talanin is a Member of Editorial Board of some scientific journals. Francisco Torrens is lecturer in physical chemistry at the Universitat de València. After obtaining a PhD in molecular associations in azines and macrocycles from the Universitat de València, Dr. Torrens undertook postdoctoral research with Professor Rivail at the Université de Nancy I. More recently, Dr. Torrens has collaborated on projects with Professors Tomás-Vert, Salgado and Castellano. Major research projects include prediction of the environmental impact of chemical substances using chemobioinformatics tools, discovery of new inhibitors of tyrosinase: computational design, synthesis, characterization and experimental corroboration, search for new antimicrobial agents that inhibit the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, minimal active domains of proteins of the Bcl 2 family, development and application of quantum chemistry methods and techniques to studies of drugs, analysis of pores of BAX at nanometric scale and study of the in vivo antioxidant capacity of phenolic compounds through QSAR/QSPR modelling: crossing of the blood-brain barrier and interactions with cytochromes and drugs. His scientific accomplishments include the first implementation in a computer at the Universitat de València of a program for the elucidation of crystallographic structures and the construction of the first computational-chemistry program adapted to a vector-facility supercomputer in a Spanish university.
Professor Jianmin Chen is the Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Particle Pollution and Prevention (LAP3), Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Fudan University, and the Associate Dean ofInstitute of Atmospheric Sciences in the same University. He received his PhD on Physical Chemistry in Fudan University in July 1993.
Dr.Chen’s major interests focus onlaboratory study and field measurement of aerosol multiphase chemistry, atmospheric toxicology, air pollution and haze formation. He has published over 280 papers,34 Chinese patents. He received honors and awards including the 1st Rank Award of Natural Sciences by the Ministry of Education, Chevalier dansL'ordre des PalmesCadémiques.

Majid. M. Heravi was born in 1952 in Mashhad, Iran. He received his BSc degree from National University of Iran in 1975 and his MSc and PhD degrees from Salford University, England, in 1977 and 1980, under supervision of late Jim Clarck. He started his academic career as an assistant professor in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad,Iran in 1983.He moved as professor to Alzahra University,Tehran , Iran in 1999, where he is still working in. He has previously been a visiting professor at UC Riverside, USA, and Hamburg University, Germany. Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in
1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at
Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his
studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle
University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has
already been working as professor. He published over 50 papers in international and national
journals; He joined over 100 conferences and symposia in international and national level as
