1. Prof. Annamaria Ranieri Full Professor at Department of Agricultural Food and Environmental Science University of Pisa, Italy She has a degreein Biological Science at University of Pisa. She is lectures in the field of “Agricultural Chemistry”. From 2011 is full professor of “Bioactive Compounds and Nutraceuticals” and“Agricultural Ecotoxicology and Environmental protection”. She has been President of the Master Degree Courses in “Plant and Microbial Biotechnology” and “Plant Bio-security and Food Quality” and Vice-President (and teacher) of the Program of “Plant Production of the Doctoral School in Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences”. The research activity is documented by many papers published in qualified International Journals and presentations at National and International Congresses, also as oral presentations. Bibliometric parameters (November 2020): H-index 30 and number of publications ISI-SCOPUS 123.She has been Scientific coordinator or partner of projects funded by European Commission, Italian Ministries, Regional administrations, and private companies. She has organized Congress at International level. Through funds from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs she has played the role of visiting professor in various countries around the world (Brazil, Argentina, Egypt, Vietnam, Tunisia).
