Dr Mari Aparici, MD is a Clinical Professor at Stanford University. She is a Nuclear Physician with residencies in both Europe (Autonomous University of Barcelona) and US (Stanford University), and with Molecular Imaging fellowships from Stanford University. She is a physician-scientist in the development of Molecular Imaging. She has more than 20 years of clinical and research experience in the field, more than 10 years of a leadership position as Chief Nuclear Medicine at the San Francisco VAMC as part of her prior appointment as a UCSF faculty member, and now as Head of the Theranostics and Nuclear Therapies program at Stanford University.
Mai-Lan Ho, MD, is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and clinician-investigator specializing in pediatric neurogenomics and advanced neuroimaging. She completed her undergraduate/graduate training in chemical engineering at Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and medical school at Washington University in St. Louis. She then pursued diagnostic radiology residency in the Scholar’s Track at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, with mini-fellowships in body MRI and musculoskeletal radiology. Following pediatric and head/neck imaging training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Dr. Ho completed her neuroradiology fellowship and a chief fellowship in pediatric neuroradiology at the University of California, San Francisco.

Jing-Huei Lee is Professor and Graduate Program Director of Biomedical Engineering. He is doing current research interests focus on development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)/spectroscopy (MRS) methodologies and utilization of these methodologies for studying metabolism, bioenergetics and function of the brain and other organs noninvasively. He is also interested in developing advanced hardware and software for MRI applications. These include the development of active noise control for reducing acoustic noise during MRI scan as well as the development of machine learning algorithms for imaging and spectroscopic data processing and analysis.

Wassil Nowicky Dipl. Ing., Dr. techn., DDDr. h. c., Director of Nowicky Pharma and President of the Ukrainian Anti-Cancer Institute (Vienna, Austria). Nicola Amoroso has completed his PhD in 2014 Applied Physics from Bari University, Bari, Italy. As a Research Fellow, is research activity focused on the design and implementation of physical methodologies for quantitative analysis of MRI data. He is currently professor of the Big Data Analytics course, in the Department of Physics. Rola Shaheen is Chief of Radiology and the Director of Women’s imaging at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge MA, a staff radiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and an instructor in radiology at Harvard Medical School. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Jordan University-Amman in 1996 and completed an internship and radiology residency at University of Toronto in 2007. She completed her women’s imaging fellowship at BIDMC. The majority of her practice is in women’s imaging with a focus on breast imaging, followed by obstetric and gynecology ultrasounds and fetal MRI. She has a particular interest in fetal MRI.Dr. Shaheen's research interests include breast MRI and international public health projects focusing on promoting screening mammography in the Gaza Strip and the Middle East.
