Mohd Zamri bin Ibrahim received his first Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, in 1996. In 1997 he pursued his Master degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Later, he completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Renewable Hydrogen Energy Production System in 2007 at National University of Malaysia,(UKM) Malaysia. Mohd Zamri started his career as a Consultant Engineer in 1996. He was appointed as a Production Engineer at Hyundai Pipe Company at Pusan, Korea in 1997. He was then appointed as a lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, (UMT) which is formerly known as Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, Terengganu (UPMT) and Kolej Universiti Sains dan Teknologi Malaysia (KUSTEM) in July 1999 till now. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Deputy Dean at the faculty of Science and Technology in July 2010. May 2018, he was promoted to the post of Professor at School of Ocean Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, UMT. His recent research work focuses on the renewable energy particularly in renewable energy system and renewable energy resources. This includes research interests in the design, development and Techno-economics studies of the Renewable Energy System application such as wind, solar, wave and ocean current energy. His research interest also focuses on the areas of hydrogen fuel, forecasting of Energy sources and clean technology system. He has extensively collaborated with research institutions and universities in Malaysia. He is actively conducting a research in his field of interests through the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has supervised more than 30 undergraduate students including 12 Master students and 10 Doctor of Philosophy students in the area of Renewable Energy Technology system. He has presented and published many papers on the Renewable Energy Systems at various international and local refereed journals, symposiums and conferences. Currently, more than 80 papers have been published and many more will be published in the near future. To date, those papers have been cited more than 300 times by other scientists worldwide. He has also been appointed as a reviewer/editor for the Journal of Energy (Elsevier),Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews (Elsevier), Energy and Buildings (Elsevier) and Journal of Sustainable Science and Management. In addition, he is a member Board of Technologist (MBOT), member of Institute Engineers Malaysia (IEM), member of World Wind Energy, member of IMECHE United Kingdom and Graduates member of Board of Engineer (BEM).

Michael Holzinger started his career in the late nineties at the University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany in the field of the functionalization of carbon nanotubes. After two postdoc positions at the GDPC in Montpellier (Patrick Bernier) and Max Planck in Stuttgart (Siegmar Roth), he joined the BEA team at Grenoble in 2006 and became senior researcher in 2016. He works on the development of nanocarbon based biosensors and biofuel cells. He signed more than 100 publications in reputed journals, holds 6 patents, authored 9 book chapters and is in the editorial board of Carbon.
Dr. Aniruddha Chatterjee has demonstrated his expertise in the field of polymer nanocomposites with 12 years of teaching/research/industrial experience. He obtained his Master degree (M. Sc.) in 2004 (specialization in Polymer Chemistry) from School of Chemical Sciences, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra and awarded Ph.D. in 2011 from UICT, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. After completion of his Ph.D., he has joined as Deputy Manager R&D and QA in Avi Global Plast (P) Ltd. Daman, India. During 2013-2015, he has also worked as DST Fast Track Young Scientist at UICT, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, India. Presently, He is working as Associate Professor & Head at Department of Plastic and Polymer Engineering, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He has published 24 international publications in reputed journals (having impact factors from 1.438 to 6.690), 7 book chapters in Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis Asia Pacific and Trans Tech Publications and 5 Indian patents (1 granted & 4 filed) to his credit. He has successfully completed 4 Major Research Projects (Total Cost: 48.96 lakhs) from UGC, New Delhi, DST Nano Mission, New Delhi and TEQIP-Seed Money; and presently handling 1 ongoing major research project as Principal Investigator funded by DST Nano Mission, New Delhi (Cost: 73.98 lakhs) on “Eco-friendly Nano-adsorbents for Removal of Toxic Pollutants from Drinking and Industrial Wastewater”. He is the editorial board member of three international journals and reviewer of more than 8 reputed International Journals. Due to his significant contribution in research and development, he has received “Excellence Award for Quality Research and Development” by North Maharashtra University in 2012-13 and 2013-14. He has attended/paper presented in more than 30 national/international conferences and organized 10 national conferences as Convener/Organizing Secretary/Organizing Member and also organized 6 workshops/SSTP/FDP. Eight (8) M.Tech students successfully completed their degree under his guidance, 3 Project Fellow guided and 1 JRF ongoing under DST Nano Mission Project. Presently 2 Ph.D. students doing research under his guidance in nanotechnology field.
He is a Professor and Coordinator of Bioenvironmental Engineering Research Centre (BERC), Faculty of Engineering at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and was Head of the Department of Biotechnology Engineering from 2009 to 2012. He received his B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh in 1996. He obtained his M. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1999 and earned a PhD in Biochemical Engineering (Bioenvironmental) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2002.After completion of PhD in Biochemical Engineeirng at UPM, he joined the Department of Biotechnology Engineering as Assistant Professor in October 2002. With his outstanding achievements in research, publication, supervision as well as recipients of many prestigious awards at national and international levels, he has been promoted to Professors with the grades of DS54, VK7 and VK6 in 2006, 2010 and 2012 respectively and accredited as one of the youngest professors in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).His research interests include Biodiesel, water/wastewater/wastewater sludge, biofuels, Fermentation technology and renewable energy.
M. Nazmul Karim is a professor and the Department Chair of Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University. He received the BSc. (Honors) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka. He earned his MSc. degree in Control Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, U.K. Before joining Texas Tech University in 2004, he taught at Colorado State University for more than twenty years. He has published widely in the area of bio-process control. Dr. Karim was the Director of the Advanced Industrial Bio-Processing Short Course, which he offered at Colorado State University for over twenty years. More than 130 companies have participated in this course. Dr. Karim has co-authored seventy refereed journal papers and published hundreds of conference papers, and has given numerous invited and keynote talks in professional meetings. He has co-edited a book, Modeling and Control of Biotechnical Processes 1992, with Professor Gregory Stepanopoulos (MIT). He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Dr.P. Selvan, graduated his BE in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi. He has done his post graduation in Power System from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchchirappalli (Presently National Institute of Technology). He obtained his doctoral degree from Anna University in the area of Power Systems. Totally he is having more than 20 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industry experience. Currently he is working as a Professor and Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Erode. His areas of interest include power system, FACTS controllers. He got Anna University Supervisor Recognition. He guided one Ph.D. student. He published 30 papers in various national/international journals. He presented 36 papers in various national/international conferences. He attended/ chaired more conferences, seminars and workshops. He delivered more lectures in Anna University Faculty Development Programme, AICTE Faculty Development Programme, Asia Pacific University, Malaysia and others. He authored 2 books.
Dr. K.Mala is a Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Easwari Engineering College, Chennai, India. She received her B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madras University, M.E in High Voltage Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy and Ph.D in renewable Energy from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She is a recipient of “Women Engineering Award”, awarded by The Institution of Engineering and Technology Chennai Local Network for the year 2015. She has received “Bhagyalakshmi& Krishna Ayengar Award” for the project titled “A twin unidirectional impulse turbine based power module for wave energy”, awarded by IIT Madras at the 48thConvocation on 22nd July2011. She is a recipient of the “ENERTIA Award 2010” and Cash prize of Rupees One Lakh for “Idea Innovation by students in the Academic Institutions (IITs and NITs) resulting in clean and Green Energy Initiative or Related Technology.” She was honored with “Meritorious student award” by Government of Tamil Nadu. She has contributed to three chapters of the book titled, “The technical journey of the Indian wave energy plant”. She has published thirty two papers in various International conferences and Journals.
Dr.S.Parthasarathy is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K.L.N.College of Engineering, Tamilnadu, India. He received his M.E (Applied Electronics) degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and Ph.D degree from Anna University, Tamilnadu, India in 2002 and 2015 respectively. So far he has published thirty papers in various International conferences and Journals. His research mainly focuses on Power Quality, Harmonic Mitigation, Renewable Energy, Optimization of Harmonic Filter Parameters, FACTS controllers and Soft Computing Techniques. He is acting as a Harmonic Consultant and conducting Industrial Harmonic Audit and consultancy services for the benefit of Textile, Telecommunication, Rubber, Steel, Cement, Sugar, Food industries & more. Various industrial and research forums like CPRI, APQI, FICCI, WESCO, CSDEC and ESCI has recognized Dr.S.Parthasarathy as the imperative speaker for their technical seminars and workshops in India. Based on his industrial consultancy activities he holds the post of Chief Coordinator of the Industry Institute partnership Cell (IIPC), which is established by AICTE, New Delhi. He has received research funds from numerous funding agencies to design and implementation of Harmonic Filters, Multilevel Inverters, and Automation Based Projects. He has International research collaboration with the countries like Israel and USA. He received various awards from various forums like IE(I), SEED and more. He is the professional membership of the body like IE(I) and ISTE.
